The incident took place around 11:30 a.m., Monday, Dec. 20, in Nassau County at Baldwin Senior High School, located at 841 Ethel T Kloberg Drive.

According to the Nassau County Police, officers responded to the school shortly after 11:30 a.m. for a "threat."

The school was evacuated and searched and the incident was deemed unfounded, police said.

The threat is the latest in a host of threats across the nation after a TikTok challenge in order for teens to get out of school.

Police have responded to hundreds of schools, including in New York, where none of the threats have been found to be valid.

School officials did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
